Legal
Terms of use
These terms govern access to OmegleHot. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the community guidelines.
Last updated: October 19, 2026.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Do not use OmegleHot if local law prohibits you from doing so.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your conduct, what you choose to show or say, and protecting your own information. You must follow the law and the community guidelines. You may not exploit minors, share illegal content, harass others, commit fraud, interfere with the service, scrape or automate access without permission, or attempt to bypass technical protections.
Unpredictable third parties
Random matches are other users, not OmegleHot representatives. We do not verify their identity, background, location, statements, or intentions. A country preference does not guarantee a participant’s location. Leave immediately if a conversation feels unsafe.
Service availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Connections can fail because of browsers, permissions, networks, participant availability, or infrastructure. Features may change, pause, or end. To the extent permitted by law, OmegleHot disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for conduct or content supplied by other users.
Enforcement and changes
Access may be limited or ended when reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to abuse, or comply with law. These terms may be updated; the date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
